On March 14 2024, I finished my CCNA course at a NetAcad, I had the discount voucher claiming till July, 2024. My financial status is bad, so I thought I will claim the voucher around June, and take the exam by September, which the voucher will expire, now suddenly the voucher is changed to ineligible. What should I do? Please somebody help me, as this is very important for me as this is my first upskilling program and I was very much dependent on it. Please reply at the earliest.
