I left job in feb'20 and wanted to remove my cisco ID associated with my last company. I tried to do the same under the profile page, but unable to do so. Currently, I'm not working with any company.
I sent an email to cisco 2 weeks back also but didn't get the answer yet.

You should be able to change company name under your Profile >Personal tab. go to https://identity.cisco.com/ui/tenants/global/v1.0/profile-ui find Personal tab, Your Company Details.
There is a "question mark" that gives your help and some explanations; Also, from there you can follow link to Open a support case (at the bottom).

Hi Martin,
Sorry for the late response as was busy with family in some issue.
I'm not able to change the associated email address and even not getting any response from the support team also.
For the moment, I'm not working with any company, I want my personal email (Gmail) I'd be associated with my cisco, but unable to do so.
Appreciate it you if can get any help with this.
Thanking You.
Regards
Reza

Unfortunately, Cisco does not like using private email domains. But, still they should change it for your. You might have to try again or wait a bit. Maybe it takes some time because they have changed login system. This is what i found on
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/about/help/login-account-help.html#~email-change
If you change companies and domains, your access to the previous company’s products, services, support, history, and training can be lost. Contact support for help or create a new account.

Is cisco dont have logic in this matter? they should keep private email ID and for associating it with company it should be business email ID.
lot of people face same kind of situation. i dont know what kind of policy is this. all people may not be leaving with a job. they may be leaving company without any job in hand too.
cisco should find a solution in this matter.

Hi, were you able to do this ? I am exactly in the same situation and my CCNP is expiring soon, which I am trying to re-certify by gaining some CE credits. I am trying to do the cisco devnet training but they will send it to the e-mail I do not have access. Not sure what to do. Please suggest. Thanks

I linked my Cisco ID to my organization, which caused Cisco to automatically change my primary email address and convert my account to a partner account. Now that I’ve left the company, I’m unable to restore access using my personal email. This situation is quite frustrating, as the support team has told me that I can't revert the changes until I join another company.

Hi @s-sadi ,
Your previous and new accounts can be combined. You can use the login credentials from your new account to access your old account after merging your community accounts.Only one account (old) is available to you. On the other hand, your email address will be updated.
If you're willing, kindly provide the specifics to cisco-community@external.cisco.com
.

hi @shaiksh ,
Apologies for the delayed response. To clarify, I have only one account, which was originally linked to my personal email. When I tried to associate my account with my organization, my personal email was removed, and I started accessing the account through my business email. Since I’m leaving the organization, I want to dissociate my account from the organization and add my personal email back, so I can retain access to my account after leaving. I'm not sure what you mean by "old" and "new" accounts.
I tried reaching out to the support team, but they said it’s not possible. I’m confused about how Cisco is enforcing this policy, where a personal account can be linked to an organization, but the reverse — linking the same account back to a previous email— isn’t allowed.

Hello @s-sadi,
I hope you are doing well.
Regarding your request to change the email address associated with your Cisco Community account, we recommend that you create a new account using your personal email address. Please share the details of your new account, including the email address and profile link, with cisco-community@external.cisco.com. This will allow us to merge your current account, which is linked to your business email address, with your personal email address.
Thank you.
