I have just started an evaluation of 5 of the leading IVR companies. Initally, I am looking for features and costs for a CISCO OUTBOUND solution, and having difficulty immediately reaching CISCO or one of their partners. Basically, the IVR would place a daily call to a list of about 2,000 phone #s within a 2 or 3 hour period. All lines will be a dedicated one-way line to client sites. When the client picks up the phone, the client would validate by entering in a 4 digit code. If no answer, the call is re-scheduled, If successful, the call ends.. ..,., if the code is incorrect, the client is given 1 addl chance to enter in a correct code.
1. What is the price per connected call using the Cisco IVR OUTBOUND option?
2. Can I only purchase/install/configure the OUTBOUND option
3. What arethe typical license charges?
4. What are the daily reports?
5. Other than a dedicated server, would all of the required hardware be in the cloud?
6. What am I missing?
