How to change the language of the iPad app "Cisco AnyConnect"?

I downloaded the iPad app version of "Cisco AnyConnect", but the language of the app is simplified Chinese.

How do I change the language to traditional Chinese or English?

Currently the workaround suggested by Apple support center is:

1. Tap iPad's Settings
2. Tap General
3. Tap International
4. Tap Language
5. Tap English
6. Tap Done

Note that the above workaround will also change the language of your iPad into English.
