Thanks for your interest and feedback on the Cisco Technical Support app. A Windows app is certainly on our roadmap but we don't have a fixed date for it yet. Till that happens, we hope that you will be able to use the app on the existing supported platforms (iOS and Android), and we would love to hear any comments you may have for those versions.
