How does a script record/report the inbound call?
Example:
Menu>Get reporting Statistic>if then statement>True = Call handled
Menu>Get reporting Statistic>if then statement>True>queued>Prompts (then goes through the 120 seconds of information and hold music)
At the end of the 120 seconds the line goes back up to "Get Reporting Statistic" and repeats continuously.
Will this affect the number of calls inbound to the CSQ reports?
I'm not sure what the CUIC pulls for reporting, and I don't want to make any changes until I was sure what to change.
