What operational challenge could Cisco Workflows help you to solve? While Cisco Workflows currently offers a few pre-built automation templates with more planned, what use case is most important to you? Additionally, Workflows provides adaptors for some Cisco and third-party controllers with more in the pipeline, but which ones are required for your use case? Share your use case here and you could win a one-on-one session with a Workflows Product Manager that may result in your use case being delivered as a pre-built template in the future.

I would love to see integration with Control Hub, Spaces, and ThousandEyes added. Coupled with the existing Meraki, Assist, and SNOW and it would be an amazing tool for collaboration base use cases. Automation of tasks across multiple platforms to provide a true end-to-end experience. Just getting my feet wet but workflows is a powerful tool!

Glad to hear that you are seeing value in using Workflows. We have a lot of new features and adapters planned. @jjlatessa Could you share more details on the use cases you have for Control Hub, Spaces, and ThousandEyes? What operational challenges are you facing and what automations could you use Workflows for? Specific examples would really help the Workflows team to understand your request.

Ed,
The use case I am interested in would be automating troubleshooting and incident response. For example, a navigator in a conference room is offline and triggers an alert in control hub. Control hub reports this to workflows, which triggers the port where the panel is plugged into to be bounced. If this does not resolve the issue the thousand eyes agent is enabled on the room kit and begins testing to determine if this is isolated. A ticket is opened in Service now notifying staff of the issue and provides shared links to TE tests etc. Spaces is engaged to determine the impact on scheduled calls for the day. Room reservations containing video invites are rescheduled to similar rooms in similar areas where possible and organizers are informed. The room calendar is reserved for maintenance until the issue is resolved.
Another example would be an active video call being impacted by packetloss/jitter/delay. Control hub reports the issue to workflows which triggers TE to investigate, open a ticket, notify staff/users etc,
An adapter for control hub would avoid having to set up webhooks etc.
I hope this is clear! I'll be faster in my reponses moving forward.
Thanks!

This is an interesting use case. The Workflows team in in Amsterdam this week for Cisco Live. If you are here, please stop by our demo. If you are not here, I'll reach out next week to gather some more details.

Hi Ed,
Is there any place I can look at the available/implemented use-cases/recordings ?
I'm currently trying to see the impact Cisco Workflows vs what we have on Cisco Crossworks Workflow Manager.
Thanks and Regards

Snehal, The pre-built Cisco Workflows offerings that are available in the Cisco Workflows Automation Hub are documented here: https://us-east-1.workflows.networking.cisco.com/help/workflows/market_offering/hybrid_branch
You will also want to check out the recording from this session ([PSOENT-1863] Config Changes without Breaking the Network? Yes Please!) at Cisco Live EMEA 2025 when it is posted. In that session a Cisco Partner did two live demos of how they are using Cisco Workflows.
I can walk you through some other custom Workflow use cases. I'll be reaching out to you directly.

Cisco Workflows can help automate network provisioning, streamline troubleshooting, and enhance security compliance. The most important use case for me is automated incident response to reduce downtime. Required adaptors include Cisco DNA Center and third-party ITSM tools for seamless integration.

@kailandrew60 Cisco Workflows includes adapters for Catalyst Center and ServiceNow, as well as a generic REST adapter. Most of the current Workflow Tasks for Catalyst Center are for provisioning, what are the types of Tasks that you would need to support your use case?
