HTTP range request

Hi,

I'm trying to get a file from broadworks (http://ews1.iop1.broadworks.net) using the HTTP range header (Range: bytes=0-1499) but the server replies with the entire file. Is there an option to enable range request functionality?

We do not support the range header functionality on BroadWorks
