Is the password in the WebEx XML API request a specific API password?  Or is it the user's actual login password?

Is the password in the WebEx XML API request a specific API password?  Is it specific to a WebEx Site or is it shared between multiple WebEx Sites?  Is it used in other areas?

Its the same credentials as given through the normal WebEx UI, they are not API Specific.
