Spark Meet with WebEx API Limitations

Hi, I want to ask about Webex Limitations regarding Spark Meet with WebEx introduced in WBS30 such as user management: https://developer.cisco.com/site/webex-developer/faqs/spark-meet/

Is these limitations still valid for newer versions so user management is not possible through Webex API?

With Common Identity enabled, user management is not possible through the WebEx API's, those limitations are still valid.
