URGENT Scheduling API Assistance

Hi Folks, I need some urgent assistance for a customer who is using the Meeting Center API in 29.9.2 who is having issues enabling the join audio before host capability as well as showing the participant list. Is there anyone that is available to assist with this urgently? This project is due to go live in a large bank in the next week and we need to get this resolved ASAP.
