When will the latest XML API version be available on the Sandbox site?  Currently the version is 28.12.20.10001E, but I need to test the latest WBS29 version.

Greetings Shane,

Are you using a Gold Developer Plan (GDP) development site or our production demo site (apidemoeu.webex.com)?

If the former, the new XML version should be on our test cluster tonight and you can go ahead and start testing with it tomorrow.

If you're using our demo site (apidemoeu.webex.com), it is on a production cluster which will be upgraded when the data center it is located in is upgraded. Upgrade schedules for this are based on the location of the XML servers, so it may or may not be applied to the demo site before your site receives it.  The only issue is that this site is still on WebEx version WBS28, but the XML version will be new (these versions are independent of each other). A request has been submitted to have this site upgraded to WBS29, though I don’t have a date for the upgrade yet.

If you are not signed up for GDP, we highly recommend looking into it as it gives you access to new versions before they hit our production sites and will give you an opportunity to test thoroughly prior to any impending upgrades. If you are interested in GDP, please contact your account manager for details.
