Webex XML API setUser cannot change password

Hi,

I try to use SetUser Webex XML API to set password and system response success, however password is still old one.

No matter I use site admin account or host's account, I cannot use API to change password.

And I also found set password function not work in Web Site UI.

What's setting I lose or this function is not support now?

Is your Webex org configured for LDAP/AD user sync/integration?  If so, I believe that user/password management would be handled by your regular LDAP tools rather than Webex.

No, we not use LDAP/AD, all user are add in Webex website.

So the setUser API should be work?

As far as I know it should...you might try the Webex Teams chat room or email support (probably best option) here: https://developer.webex.com/support
