Hi,

anyone else having trouble accessing dashboard.meraki.com ?

A quick update that this is now officially fully resolved as of 1 hour ago. For any further issue please raise a Support case or call in.

All the timeline for the incident is available on status.meraki.com

Dashboard access issues.

New incident: Investigating

We are aware that some customers are having difficulty either logging into or accessing pages on Cisco Meraki Dashboard. Our teams are actively working on remediating this issue.

We are aware of the current issue with the Meraki Dashboard not loading and being unreachable. Our engineering team is actively working to resolve this matter as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, we have updated the Meraki status page with the latest information regarding this issue. We encourage you to check https://status.meraki.net/ for real-time updates as our team progresses towards a resolution.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding.

Access via the shard (nXXX.meraki.com) directly is working

...but you can't EDIT something:

Its DNS related, our dhcp scopes thats configured with "Use Cisco Meraki DNS" are pretty down - and now iam not able to change it 😞

By the way the mobile access to the dashboard still works - but cant do a lot in there 🙂
