cdFMC troubleshooting file access

Hi Experts 

Currently i am trying to work on ISE-FTD connectivity issue and the TAC engineer requested for the cdFMC troubleshooting file for further troubleshooting.
I have searched everywhere but cannot find the FMC troubleshooting file.

Does anyone know where i can find it ?
