We have Cisco CWS implemented at a customer site, and we have started to receive intermittent reports of issues with iPhone applications. The main complaints seem to be:
- Applications don't load properly - ie. they download and then hang on installing
- Apple ID and Verification fails to sign in or can't reach server
The fix/workaround has tended to be switching the device on to the mobile network to complete/retry.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this or have any advice on what could be the issue?
