CWS S300V - can not add groups to Cloud Policy

I am using CWS S300V Virtual appliance.- The machine is working, tested etc. However, we are at the final stage to add groups under the following heading: ' Edit Cloud Policy Directory Groups'

We see all the directories from the Active directory, we select and add them to the Selected Groups box, click on the 'done' key to submit but nothing happens. See screen shot attached.

Any suggestions?

Hello Selcuk,

We spoke with your Service Delivery Manager yesterday regarding this issue. We upgraded one of our lab WSAv's to test and could not replicate the issue so this may be a defect with specific actions needed to recreate.

I would advise that you log a TAC ticket in queue -> "Cisco Web Security Appliance (WSA) - Policy Configuration and Security Services"

The solution was simpler than what we anticipated. Use Chrome or Firefox, not IE.
