How do I get an uncategorized url relabeled as a valid url? The url is tvnradio.com, and it should be labeled under music. Brightcloud has it labeled as entertainment/music.
I only have guest access, so I don't know how to get it updated.

If you have a valid CCO id with Cisco, you can use below link to check for categorisation and request to re-categorised certain URLs:
https://securityhub.cisco.com/web/submit_urls
I have checked the URL as well and have request to categorised the URL to entertainment category (WSA does not has Music category).

Hi Handy,
Thank you for making the submission. I don't have a valid CCO id..I just have guest access. How long will it take to know if the categorization took effect or was denied? Again, thank you for your help.

Hi,
After the submission, looks like the categorisation team has decided to categorised it as "Streaming Audio" category.
Please see if this category suits you :-)

In my original submission above, I asked about the url tvnradio.com being categorized. It was categorized as 'streaming audio', which is what the site is. However, to stream the actual audio from the site, it uses a server at http://108.178.13.122:8116/;stream.nsv. Cisco currently blocks that url, but not the website. Both the site (Cisco has verified to be legitimate) and the server are legitimate. Is there any way to get the streaming audio url to be re-categorized accordingly? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Have lodged another submission for http://108.178.13.122:8116 to be categorised as Streaming Audio.
Also notice that this destination js using port 8116 which by default WSA is not listen to it.
You might need to add port 8116 to your CONNECT ports in the access policy (GUI -> Web Security Manager -> Access Policies -> Protocols and User Agents -> HTTP CONNECT Ports)

Okay, I will do. Thank you again for your assistance.
