Our clients are experiencing difficulties when accessing our applications, which often leads to redirections to the following URL: gateway.id.swg.umbrella.com/gw/auth/begin/?v= with a 303 response code. We would greatly appreciate your assistance in addressing this issue. Could you please clarify the reasons for the redirects associated with Umbrella Authentication and why they are occurring so frequently for our clients? Additionally, any guidance on how to resolve this matter would be invaluable.

I would open an Umbrella support ticket. But adding those domains to the https decryption list would likely resolve the issue.

Looks like theres a redirect (code 303) but to the SAML auth for Umbrella. Is the request hitting a policy that has SAML enabled for IPSec access or similar? I would be interested to see if adding the target domain to the do not decrypt list helps, as I suspect this more to do with Umbrella auth than the site certificate per se.

Hi - Target domain , meaning the domain of actual application which the end user is accessing ? for example if user is accessing https://app.example.com we need to include example.com in do NOT decrypt list ?!
