I'm preparing for a PoV exercise for a customer and they are interested in certain use cases for which they have requested a couple of scenarios:
The first is to permit limited access to a social media site like facebook but deny access to messenger. Facebook is permitted with the default policy and I can modify this to deny Facebook outright which would block messenger but I can't figure out how to block messenger alone.
The second scenario is to permit access to a site such as cisco.com but deny any file downloads except for those with PDF extensions.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
