Umbrella reverted to OpenDNS?

This morning when logging into our Umbrella dashboard, it looks to be sending us to the OpenDNS Dashboard instead. The only change made recently, was an Security EA that became active a few days ago, switching us from a temporary monthly plan to a 5 year agreement.

 

I have not heard back from our account team, and email support is slow to respond. Is this just a matter of re-provisioning Umbrella through our Security EA?

Please contact to your Cisco Account manager/renewals team at the earliest to look into this, chances are, a new dashboard is created instead of renewing/upgrade of the old subscription.

A user is redirected to OpenDNS dashboard when their existing subscription gets expired and no policy will be applied from the dashboard.
