Hello,
I had got Umbrella with AD "on premise" sync enabled. Now I uninstall "Umbrella Connector" and deleted in "Site and Active Direcotry" delete DC and Connector. I configure Azure AD sync and start it. It works fine but I see AD "on premise" enable and I have users sync with old AD "on premise" method. How I can delete this users ? definitely disable AD sync
Have you any idea ?

Users, once learned, should be cached for 12 hours.
If you see them after this period has passed, I would recommend opening a support ticket to have the Umbrella support engineer look into it.

I believe support can delete these by request if you open a ticket.
