Is it possible to create a report on WSA based on an ID profile or based on a subnet, like the one you can create for users with network/mask, that gives you the information about the URL categories accessed by the ID profile/subnet?
thank you,

If you mean to export the result to CSV, then yes you can. Look for "Printable Download" link (right top of the result table) then from there, there should be option of CSV -All Data for you to export to a CSV file.

The built in reporting functionality in WSA appliance is quite limited. if you require more granular functionality on reporting, would recommend to contact your Cisco Account and ask for third party reporting tool that works with WSA such as "Splunk" reporting tool.
In the built in reporting in WSA, you can try to search from the "Web Tracking" (GUI -> Reporting -> Web Tracking -> Proxy Services tab) then enter the subnet e.g 10.0.0.0/16 in the section of "User/Client IPv4 or IPv6" and search.
You can also export the report to PDF or CSV for raw data.
