ARE YOU THE HOST? 3rd PARTY API CONTROL

We are controlling a Room Kit Plus with with a 3rd Party controller and cannot for the life of us figure out what to send the codec to get past this.  We tried dtmf tones and been through the integration guide thoroughly.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  This is driving us crazy!!

Thanks in advance!

I just found the answer to this question in the Crestron Labs forum under Cisco room devices driver 3.2.4 beta release. Then I realised I was looking at the API for SX80 which hasn't been update since 2017.
I was then able to find the information in "Cisco Collaboration Endpoint Software API Reference Guide CE9.10" -
