Hi friends,
I am trying to register Jabber application from my android phone with CUCM 8.6, but failed. I tried to diagnosis and found that jabber application successfully downloads the configuration file from CUCM and sends SIP REGISTER message too but within a moment, jabber application again sends the REGISTER message with expiry=0 which results in CUCM removes the jabber registration.
As I can't attach the .pcap trace here, please download the same from following link;

Best Regards,

Hi Vivek
Is DVO/Mobile identity enabled on the Device page on CUCM? If yes please can you disable DVO and try again?
Thanks

Andorid must get the FQDN for everything (CCMAdmin > System Servers all must be FQDN). Android has a bug where it won't append a domain name. Google for more info.
