Cisco Jabber installing in Android

I wnat installing Jabber in Android smartphone,but only can work in samsung

why jabber for other smartphone that support is very slow!!

(Like sony and htc smartphone it's not work)

I think samsung android is different from sony and htc because the hardware is different.
