Hello!

To connect third-party XMPP clients to Cisco Unified CM IM through a secure connection in the section "Cisco Unified CM IM and Presence Administration > System > Security > Settings" to include the item "Enable XMPP Client To IM/P Service Secure Mode" but it is not active for choice! Why???

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/im_presence/configAdminGuide/10_5_1/CUP0_BK_CE43108E_00_config-admin-guide-imp-105/CUP0_BK_CE43108E_00_config-admin-guide-imp-105_chapter_01010.html#CUP0_TP_XC4C0C58_00

1. Turn On IM and Presence Service Services to Support XMPP Clients - DONE!

2. Upload sertificate "tomcat" and "cup-xmpp" - DONE!

Why the "Enable XMPP Client to IM/P Service Secure Mode" is not active for selection?

that's strange , it should be enabled by default. could you please check the status of services on cluster topology page. it should all be green. also check the certificate status by navigating to system--> security --> certificate import tool. mention cimp server and select tomcat-trust cert and port as 8443

I enclose statistics on units and certificates. Everything seems to be fine ...

i suggest you to open a TAC case to dig into this further and find the cause.
