Hi All
According to the doc you have to login into vcenter and then add from there the ova file in order to created the ADMIN and the IRP vms into the Esxi
I am talking about 50 users which also media is not neccesary
My questions are:
1) The ova file will be provided by cisco AM ??
2) What is the iso file for CMWS.

Hi Chrysostomos,
When you order CWMS product you either get the OVA file (14+ GB in size) on a USB stick in mail, or if you use Product Upgrade Tool, you can use E-delivery method which will then provide you with the download link for the OVA file.
A full install of CWMS doesn't come in an ISO format, but only as an OVA file. The only files you will be able to find on Cisco.com page are the upgrade files for CWMS (maintenance releases and patches) and they come in an ISO format.
I hope this clarifies it a little bit.
Thank you.

Hi Murshid,
It appears that your USB stick is corrupted. See if you can order the media for e-delivery using Product Upgrade Tool and then download the OVA file. If for some reason you can't do that, I would advise you to call Cisco Customer Sevice (not Cisco TAC, but Customer Service; Cisco TAC doesn't have access to full installation media) and ask for the media replacement.
Unfortunately, I can't help you more than this. I hope you will be able to obtain the valid media soon.
