Hi,
I have a device, Webex DX80, that was changed the firmware and therefore its not accepting the license I had for the previous firmware version.
How I can solve this problem?

Hi Edsonyou can generate a new code, or ask for one to your webex admin.
Webex room registration code are one shot and time limited.Even if an upgrade shoud not end or disrupt your cloud registration...pretty strange.
