conductor upgrade error

Hi

I Have one conductor in version x2.2.1 without release Key because i have just one telepresence server and Cisco provides free the licence for one conductor  with 1 telepresence server.

When i want upgrade the Conductor I have a error "your release Key i s not good".

I asked some people about this and they told me that you shouldn't need release key for minor upgrade.(but in fact...)

Hi,

I advise you to move this post to Telepresence community to get the experts in TP to respond. This community is for Cisco WebEx Meetings Server and Cisco Unified MeetingPlace so you probably won't be able to get the answer.
