CWMS Access Code hold not work

Hi,

I just tried the Call In service on CWMS (Cisco Webex Meeting Server), that could recognize the entered Access Code (If the wrong Access Code entered, I could listen the rejected message as 'Your enter access code is wrong').

If I entered the correct Access Code, the CWMS hold my call on no any response (just held my call without any response)

Firewall?

Hi Chi,

You most likely didn't configure SIP Route Pattern or SIP trunks on CUCM properly. 

When you dial in to CWMS, you are using Route Pattern > Load Balancing SIP trunk.

However, when you enter a meeting access code, CWMS uses SIP Route Pattern > Application Point SIP trunk.
