We have IMP 15SU2 and trying to encrypt/decrypt chat messages for compliance reason. One of the TAC mentioned it is not supported. Any one has this issue? Is there any way we can use encrypted database with this combination? I don't find any cisco documentation that has mentioned IMP15SU2 not supported. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
