How to force Jabber mobile not to use WIFI

Hi, We are working on an opportunity with a customer and they would like to force Jabber mobile, that would be running on their IOS 12 devices, to use only the LTE network to comunicate to the CUCM via MRA (Expressway). in other words, they would like to disable the wifi access only on the Jabber mobile application. I dont't see any options to do so either on the Jabber apps itself or on the iphone serttings. Is there a way to do this?

Jabber has no setting to do that, it will use whatever network is available on the device, you cannot configure it to just use wifi or just mobile.
