Hi
I have a problem with a few Jabber for Windows Clients running version 10.5.2.
VideoDesktopSharing in Deskphone control mode with an active call is not available.
Video is working. If we start the client with another user on the same pc connected to the same phone, its working.
If I look into the csf-unified.log it says "EnableBfcpVideoDesktopShare is enabled".
Any ideas what can cause this?

Hello Peter,
In Jabber 10.5 users allowed to share their screens if not on a call, and the following parameter is used to enable or disable this (by default it's enabled):
<EnableP2PDesktopShare>true</EnableP2PDesktopShare>
And why it' working on certain users and other users not, looks like you have Group Configuration Files, to confirm please open the the configuration page of each one on CUCM and check this field: " Cisco Support Field".

BTW - the cause was that the "Line Appearance Association for Presence" was not configured
