Hello, team!
I have problems with JG configuration.
As often all looks right but works wrong.
EXP-E,-C versions X8.2.2
JG version 10.5
CUCM version 10.5
Client connect to system. But when I press Call it just try to call.
i have check JG logs and found 404 error.
-- 2015-03-04 18:26:59.949 INFO [58d2000] - [csf.httpclient][getResponseCode] Http Response Code = [404] for request [11].
As I understand, it's internal error. On Exp-E and Exp-C I have no in Search History.
What part of JG can be wrong?

Hi,
Are you testing with web client or iOS client?
When you press Call, do you get any error on the screen? Could you post a screenshot of the error? If no error, then what happens?
Also, what deployment model are you following, from install & configuration guide?

Web client. Chrome.
I have fix this problem. It was exist in case of wrong operation firewall configuration.
I have no connectivity JG ->Exp-E. JG faced 404 error and Win client drops in Java error. I think it's problem of Java module. It haven't error description on this error.
At this moment i have face problem with no audio/no video call.
