Jabber persistent chat

Hi,

 

I have a customer who has a number of chat rooms setup. They have a scenario where they have a user who was left the business, but is a room admin for a number of these chat rooms. It's the first time I've come across this scenario, and after a fair amount of digging, cannot find how we can reassign the admin role to another user.

 

Anyone come across this before, or know how to do this?

Thanks for the response Jaime. Is this something that TAC could do via a sql query do you think?

I can't reply on behalf of TAC, you would need to open a TAC case to ask them directly.
