MP Web 8.5.5.2 : SQL Exception when attending webmeeting

Hello,

Does anyone already experienced SQL Exception withe MeetingPlace Web Server?

The Meeting Can be created, but when I want to connect on the webmeeting, I see this error on the popup.

The error below is on the event viewer of the webserver.

Does anyone know the reason? How to resolve it?

Hi Antra,

Is this a new install of above version or migration from previous (what version?) ?

Was it working before?

Any recent changes? which resulted in this issue.

Once have above info will be able to provide more insight into this.

Hello Arun,

It's a new and upgraded install 8.5.5.

I've installed from 8.5.2 and upgraded it to 8.5.5.

What I've done to have this issue :

. I've created a meeting (schedule or immediate meeting), from the web-interface.

. Then I click in the button connect.

. A popup appear, and it shows the SQL Exception Error.

Request you to kindy raise a TAC case so will be easy to fix this issue.
