Not able to login to Jabber

I am not able to login to Jabber over the VPN. We are using Jabber on Phone-only mode and it logs in fine if running from the server which is in the same subnet as CUCM servers.

 

When try to login over VPN, it given error "provide server information".

I have got all necessary ports open but still it gives the same error. Any idea what can be the reason?

Most likely routing/VPN misconfiguration, if you use SRVs, then you might not be able to reach them, review a PRT and it will tell you exactly what is going on.

facing the same issue, even after adding the server address manually. CUCM is reachable but still jabber won't connect.

Same advice, a PRT will provide info on what exactly is happening.
