Hello all,
The company I work for started using Contact Center about a year ago and recently, when calls are accepted by our IT Team, a 'Welcome to Webex' invite gets sent out via the webex_comm@webex.com address to the caller that is calling.
It shows as EXTERNAL: which is normal, but nothing was changed on the Admin.webex side of things. So we are unsure why this is has started to happen.
The subject will show as 'Subject: [EXTERNAL] John Doe invited you to Webex', then the body will just have the generic webex invite in it.
Does anyone have a suggestion to get this to stop being sent on the agents behalf automatically?
I did check on the admin side of things but didn't find anything that stands out...I've included a screenshot of the message as well.
