Trying to test 911 calls by dialing 912 so that genuine 911 calls continue to work. For this, I have done the following:
- added a new translation pattern 9?912 that transforms to 912
- CTI route point exist for 912
- Route Pattern 911 and 912 exists in CER for primary and secondary servers
- Created a new ERL with pattern 912 and ELIN
- Added this ERL to the subnet of the phones I am testing 912 calls from
When I place a call to 912, it matches the Default ERL instead of the one I added above.
Can someone tell me what could be causing this?
