WE are integrating our Telepresence system with Webex and are having an issue with video. We can establish the meeting between web ex and our internal system, but video fails to initiate. Has anyone experienced this issue?

Another option is to open a ticket with the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (www.cisco.com/go/support) to get expert debugging assistance.
