WebEx Productivity Tools - Settings Missing Tools Tab

 We would like to turn off the WebEx box that appears at the top of the Skype window.  We're having issues with orphaned instances of the box remaining on users screens.  We found information to turn off that setting, but when we open up the WebEx Settings app, there are only two tabs available.  We are using Version 2.82.7000.1167 which is the latest version available from our server.

 "Version 2.8MR1 is compatible with 2.82.7000.1178 for Windows"

 "Version 2.8 is compatible with 2.82.7000.1174 for Windows."

 check the link: Release Notes for Cisco WebEx Meetings Server Release 3.0.

 "Version 3.0 is compatible with 31.20.2.18 for Windows"
