Subject: RE: EM API with EMCC Replied by: David Staudt on 12-11-2013 04:34:37 PM Not aware of any impending support...if you can share some details about your specific use-case and the related business-opportunity - e.g. Cisco product sales that can be enabled or enhanced via this feature - let us know at developer-support@cisco.com and we'll make sure and forward to the appropriate Product Manager. This will help prioritize this feature over the many others on the to-do list
Is there a solution now to login/logout using Extension Mobility SOAP API (or any other) on the visitor CUCM cluster using EMCC (Extension Mobility Cross Cluster) ?
Currently, only on-cluster Extension Mobility is supported via API - cross-cluster E/M is not supported. Some developers have reverse-engineered the EMCC phone app (i.e. by looking at the HTTP request/parameters), but this is not formally supported, and does not provide a complete solution.
