Certmetrics not showing score for the exam i took

Hi Guys,

anybody recently took an online pearsonvue proctored exam from Cisco ?

I took it 4 hours ago and i still dont have any clue wheter i passed or failed, as the exam is not even showing in the exam history on my certmetrics page.

The support hotline (via phone) is offline since they have some issues, and here i am stranded in the dark not knowing whether i passed or not.

I have the exact same issue. Wrote & completed a CCNP exam around 3hours ago, received the “Score Report Available Notification” mail from Pearson Vue with a link to the certmetrics website but alas, no sign of this exam in the testing history.

Please could we get some sort of indication as to when this will be resolved?

I found out (the hard way) that report is actually there.

You have to click Schedule an exam and then you have to click on Manage your PearsonVUE account. Then you get redirected to PearsonVUE and there you can check your exam scores.

Mine arrived to Cisco certmetrics after almost 18-20hours.

BTW i really hate this UI choice... Either Cisco or Pearson should point the users into right direction, cause i dont know who else would click on SCHEDULE an exam, when you actually want to check your score of the exam you took. Naturally you always go to Testing History section

I have hard time to find where i can see my score for the exam and this post help me a lot.

Also i am total agree with that u said above, the cisco or the pearson they must change the UI or inform the partician with a email where can find the score.

PS: I know they send an email but without instruction where u can find the score.

You really did great job. It was very helpful information how to check the score for online exam. I reached out to Pearson and Cisco but I never got clear answer. Now I can see all the past exam scores. It really helps for the next exam if I failed once.

Same here i couldn't see mine. I cannot even find my old certifications. Do you know where i can find those?

As @mQoLTN mentioned,  upon clicking SCHEDULE AN EXAM (Home > Dashboard), Once redirected, You will see the "Manage your pearson VUE account" (Get Score Report) Click on it and it will redirect you to wsr.pearsonvue.com. Then on the right side under "My account" click the "View score reports" and that it (As of Dec-2023 that is the steps of course)
