Good day i just tried paying for a CCNA exam afterwards this is the error i keep getting when i am supposed to access the pearson vue account, how can i relosve it? it gives me error

i fixed problem Unfortunately this means that Pearson VUE has put a block on your account, this is usually done automatically by their system due to too many invalid payment attempts. To remove this block you will need to call Pearson VUE Customer Service and verify your details.

I had this problem, I solved it by contacting pearson support as everyone comments, I used this link and used the help through the chat
