Thank you.

How can I know for sure?

This is document by both Cisco and Pearson VUE - some guidelines are here https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/training-events/training-certifications/exams/policies.html#~general-policies

I hold eight Cisco certs since 2007, and live in the UK, i also used to the author and create some of the Cisco exams.

Hi @RussTibbitts

You can be sure. You do not have to be a U.S. Citizen to earn a Cisco certificate. Cisco offers certification programs globally, and they are open to individuals from any country, regardless of citizenship. As long as you meet the requirements for the specific certification exam you're interested in, you can pursue it regardless of your nationality or citizenship status. While Cisco certifications are available globally, there could be limitations or restrictions based on government sanctions or trade regulations imposed by certain countries. These restrictions could impact the ability of individuals residing in sanctioned countries to access Cisco exams or related resources.
