Hi,
What is the accepted convention concerning posting the same question across multiple web sites simultaneously?
It's not uncommon to spend your free time answering a person's query on one site only to find that they had posted
the same query on one more other sites under different avatars.
Is the convention that you post one question per site? Then give the community a chance to answer before posting elsewhere?
If the query is that urgent then consider paying the vendor for support.
Thanks

Sean,
On CSC we prefer members post a question once under the most relevant community. Most members abide by this rule but there are some out there who post under multiple communities. Due to the volume of posts it is very difficult for us to find all duplicate posts and take action. If you see a member posting the same question multiple times please feel free to report the posts and we will take appropriate action.
Cheers,
Dan
