cmsnode_jserver error

We have just installed the CMS on the AW. When we now start the distributor we get the following error in the cmsnode_jserver screen.

java.lang.noclassdeffounderror cisco/ics/cms/config/cms_jserver

This is not a valid path for the jserver. How can I correct this?

We resolved this by turning off Web Services before installing SQL

I tried this and I still get the same error. Has anyone else seen this problem and tried something dofferent to fix it?
