update vCPU on Nexus 1110-X VSA

I am having Nexus 1110-X VSA/ Cloud Service Platform appliance with Cisco VSG running. I need to increase the vCPU for VSG virtual service blade from 1 to 2 units due to bug CSCuu36018.

After changing the "numcpu 2" for VSG with shutdown/ no shutdown primary command, the output shows "Operational vCPU" = 1 and "Configured vCPU: 2". I have rebooted the VSA cluster / reload the VSG however the vCPU status remain the same. Has anyone use Cisco 1110-X appliance and know if this is cosmetic bug or major issue on Cisco 1110-X platform?
