Cisco Prime API user authentication

We use RADIUS / ISE to authenticate users logging in to Prime.  For my API apps, I create local users in Prime.  The local users work fine and the API calls are successful.  However, for every API call, Prime sends three RADIUS authentication requests to the PADIUS server which of course fail and fill up the logs.  Is there a way to not send authentication requests to RADIUS for local users?

If the Local user it should not send the request to Radius. - check any duplicate userames ? radius vs local ?
